You can return or exchange unworn, unused items within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are still attached.

1. Email us at returns@by-niao.com with your order number and if you would like to return or exchange. Any information you can share on why is super helpful for our learning. 
2. We’ll send you simple instructions and the return address.
3. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Once we have received and approved your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

If you’d like to exchange your piece, please reach out to us. Where your preferred size is available, we’ll take care of the exchange for you.

We take great pride in the quality of our knitwear. If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us with your order number and a photograph of the issue. We will work with you to find a solution and cover the cost of the return.
